I graduated as a massage therapist from Touchstone Healing Arts and have specialized in prenatal, labor and postpartum massage with Carole Osborne, a distinguished expert in Prenatal & Perinatal Massage Therapy. I am certified through Birth Arts International as labor, birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator.
I am originally from Quebec City where I taught English and Spanish to French-speaking children. After giving birth to my first child in New Zealand I returned to Montreal where I managed a health food store and studied naturopathy. Years later, I moved to Vermont and finally was able to pursue my passion for caring for expectant and new families.
I believe giving birth affects who you are and the perception you have of yourself. Massage is a wonderful way to relieve the physical and emotional stress that pregnancy and the demands of parenting bring.
